Our Mission
At Fassler Garden and Yoga, my mission is to blend the restorative power of gardening with the healing practices of yoga. While FG&Y remains my heart and home, that vision is beginning to take root in new soil—at So Hum Yoga Studio, where I teach and hold space for others to grow.
So Hum Yoga Studio, nestled within The Holistic Health Collective (which I also manage), is on its way to being surrounded by healing gardens similar to those at FG&Y. These gardens will be designed not only for beauty but for restoration—for quiet reflection, connection to nature, and integrated wellness.
The Collective is home to a vibrant community of therapists, naturopathic doctors, and holistic practitioners, all working together to support whole-person health. As FG&Y expands into this space, the goal is to cultivate outdoor environments that reflect the same care, intention, and healing energy that live on the yoga mat and in the garden bed.

The future of Yoga on the Deck?
This image captures the vision I hold for The Studio’s future. Imagine a spacious deck stretching the full length of the building, with every window transformed into a door that opens wide to the garden. A shade sail would offer gentle cover, creating a beautiful flow between indoor and outdoor space—perfect for yoga, gatherings, or simply whatever your heart dreams up.

The future Collective Community Garden?
This image shows where I imagine beautiful garden beds could thrive—easily accessible from the path leading to the studio. Picture them brimming with vegetables, herbs, and flowers, inviting you to linger after a session and wander through the greenery. I envision even more beds like these lining the walkway, creating a lush, healing space that welcomes you in and encourages you to stay awhile.

The future Collective Cafe
This image reflects what I imagine for the space just outside the kitchen—double doors opening onto a welcoming patio, complete with a grill and pizza oven to bring people together. It’s easy to picture community gatherings, shared meals, and celebrations happening here. The kitchen itself is available to rent as an event space—perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, or as a teaching and demonstration kitchen. Extending the space out onto the patio makes it even more versatile and inviting. With the morning sun pouring in on this side of the building, a shade sail becomes a must. And just around the corner? The Yoga Deck—ready to complete the experience of connection, nourishment, and joy.
It’s important to clarify that while The Collective and So Hum Yoga Studio share the same space, they are not the same entity. I teach yoga under Fassler Garden and Yoga (FG&Y) at So Hum Yoga Studio—a space that FG&Y leases within the building.
While I don’t own the building, I do manage both The Collective and So Hum Yoga Studio, wearing a few hats to keep things flowing smoothly. I know—it can be a little confusing!
The ideas I share are part of a larger vision I deeply believe in, but they aren’t mine to implement unless I’m given the green light. So for now, I’m taking baby steps… but always dreaming big!
