Cultivating Community
As the coordinator of the Creston Community Garden, I strive to cultivate a vibrant sense of community where individuals come together to grow, learn, and share abundance. Through the garden, we not only nurture plants but also foster connections that promote well-being and unity. My first year in this role, 2024, taught me so much about organizing community members, navigating dynamics, and inspiring gardeners to engage and contribute. In 2025, I’m excited to build on this experience, blending my love for the garden and yoga to create a space where growth flourishes in every sense.
Creston Community Garden
At both the Community Garden and FG&Y, we utilize organic gardening practices and permaculture designs to grow chemical-free produce. Our workshops cover a wide range of topics, from seed starting to garlic planting, empowering participants to grow sustainably and effectively.
